This work was led and executed by the two designers behind JeremiahFord, who redesigned Sera’s platform across web, backend admin, and mobile. The engagement focused on improving usability, system clarity, and scalability while establishing a unified design system and modernized product architecture.

During this period, Sera reached an all-time high of $178K in monthly recurring revenue, reduced churn to under 2%, and grew annual recurring revenue to nearly $3M, exceeding projections. The platform’s evolution supported rapid customer growth, streamlined onboarding, and multiple successful feature launches, contributing to Sera being recognized as a top HVAC software platform of 2025 by Software Advice.
